Eligibility

The LightHouse Awards are open to all builder and remodeler members of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association.

Any custom home, semi-custom home, green home and remodeling project built after July 31, 2008 within the geographical area south of the Broad River, north of Savannah and east of Interstate 95 are eligible (exceptions permitted upon review, including homes on Brays Island).

Entry homes located on Daufuskie Island, or which require boat transportation, are subject to a transportation fee equivalent of expense. Owner-occupied homes must agree to allow access to home for purpose of judging.

Previous LightHouse Award winning entries are not eligible.
